The Regional Forensic Psychiatry Clinic in Växjö is a specialized unit within forensic psychiatry with 11 care units with different focuses.
Here we combine high-quality care with important social responsibility. We provide forensic psychiatric care, conduct risk assessments, and work to create conditions for each patient's continued care process. The goal is for patients, once they have progressed sufficiently in their care process at the clinic, to be transferred to their home region, another regional clinic, or another form of care.

DUTIES
Would you like to make a difference? In forensic psychiatry, you work in close collaboration with colleagues in a team and have an important role in patients' daily lives. Your responsibilities include daily patient contact, observation, documentation, and participation in activities such as walks and card games. Through daily motivational work and other activities, you contribute to ensuring that patients' care plans are followed. You are also responsible for ensuring that the unit's daily routines function well and that safety procedures are complied with.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for trained caregivers or nursing assistants. Even if you lack formal education but have experience in psychiatry, healthcare, or care work, we would like to hear from you. Previous work or internship in psychiatry is a merit.
To thrive with us, you need to master Swedish in both speech and writing.
