About the Assignment
We are now seeking a case officer for our client in Göteborg for an assignment running from October 13 through December 12, 2026. In this role, you'll be an important part of an organization where you contribute to legally sound, efficient, and high-quality case handling, while developing your skills in both investigation and coordination.
Your Tasks
The work involves independently handling and making decisions in cases concerning travel documents and alien passports following presentation to decision-makers, as well as working according to current guidelines and practices.
The work also includes:
Developing proposals, for example, decision documentation.
Planning and following up on cases.
Investigating, reviewing, and handling cases, as well as making decisions in straightforward cases.
Reporting investigation results and proposing decisions.
Analyzing and evaluating tasks and projects.
Work of an investigative and/or coordinating nature.
Implementing and following up on activities.
Your Qualifications
University degree or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work.
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
