About the Position We are now looking for a personal assistant for a client. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of their daily life and support them through different life situations. The work involves providing support in daily living, both at home and during activities outside the home, such as school. The client appreciates being part of the community and enjoys participating in various activities, but also values quiet days at home. Your role will be to listen to their needs while also taking your own initiative and providing the support needed to create a safe and meaningful everyday life. We Are Looking for You If You Are at least 18 years old. Are smoke-free. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Are calm, empathetic, and able to understand other people's needs. Are responsible, attentive, and confident in taking your own initiative. Have a Class B driver's license, as driving is part of the job. The client enjoys taking trips in their own car. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. It is an advantage if you have experience with personal assistance, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a genuine commitment to working with people. We are looking for someone who wants to stay for a longer period. For people who receive personal assistance, continuity and safety are very important, so we value long-term commitment. About the Employment Part-time, minimum 80%.
