As a substitute teacher in elementary school, you'll hold lessons and be responsible for ensuring that teaching is carried out in a safe and structured manner. You'll start, conduct, and conclude lessons based on the planning and instructions provided by the regular teacher. At the same time, you need to be flexible, take initiative, and be able to adapt teaching when circumstances change. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You who want to work full-time or part-time You who are retired but want to make a contribution to the school and work when it suits you. Studying at university to become an elementary school teacher/teacher or other university education Are responsible, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in where needed. Have good collaboration skills and treat students and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner. Enjoy working at different schools and can quickly adapt to new environments, routines, and ways of working. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious, but not required: Driver's license and access to your own car, as some locations are outside central Luleå. Previous experience working in a school or pedagogical education.
