Job Description As part of our QRF (Quick Reaction Force), you may be contacted with short notice for temporary and varying work assignments. This could include public and security-related tasks, staffing at events and sporting events, industrial work, simple construction and assembly work, or unloading at our customers' facilities. MW Group's QRF is typically contacted with relatively short notice via email, phone call, or SMS. As a QRF member, you then decide whether you can work at the specified times. You will be part of a workforce that may be contacted when MW Group receives temporary work requiring quick staffing, as well as planned assignments that require larger personnel volumes over shorter time periods. You are an individual who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and humble. You can conduct yourself well in social settings, are a team player who understands that all tasks, regardless of size, are important parts of a whole. You take responsibility for assigned tasks and take pride in always delivering that little extra. Formal Requirements Passed background check. Since this is extra work, you must have another main occupation or studies of at least 50%. Meritorious Experience or involvement with the Swedish Armed Forces is a plus.
