What does this position involve?
Our client is a 60-year-old woman with many interests such as painting and crafts. Something that is particularly close to her heart is her passion for horses. She also has a strong interest in cooking, baking, gardening, and growing vegetables.
Our client enjoys being outdoors and loves taking walks.
Lifting assistance using a ceiling lift is part of the job.
Cooking, hygiene, and cleaning are common tasks, as well as accompanying the client during exercise sessions and providing motivation.
The client is looking for a woman between 20 and 65 years old.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, respectful, and attentive. We prefer candidates with great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.
We would like you to:

be creative and enjoy crafts, baking, and cooking.
enjoy being outdoors and taking walks, or having a coffee or lunch outside.
be flexible.
understand and communicate in Swedish.
be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, weekends, and nights.
have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement.)
Additional Information
Employment type: Permanent position and hourly temporary work as needed. We are looking for several part-time temporary workers.
Scope: Approximately 75% and as needed.
Working hours: daytime, evening, weekend, night. It is important that you can also work evenings and nights. There are some active duties during the night.
Start date: as soon as possible.
We apply individual salary determination and have a collective agreement. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of your work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
