We at Aleva in Nordmaling are now looking for hourly staff for our home care service. The work gives you great freedom – you can take shifts whenever it suits you. Qualifications Swedish Driver's license (Category B) when you start your employment. Scope and Start Date This is an hourly position which means flexibility to take shifts based on needs and agreement. We'd prefer that you can work at least 6-7 shifts/month and preferably want to work weekends. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends. The days are varied with a great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. You support, help with practical matters, and provide service based on your client's needs and wishes. For others, it's about being tired of their current field and wanting to do something meaningful. For a third person, it might be about wanting to continue in care but change employers. There's no one formula – we recruit people with a solution-focused approach, empathetic values, and a desire to grow with us. Does It Matter If I Don't Have Relevant Experience? Of course, we see it as a plus if you've worked in health/care and done well! Qualifications as a nursing assistant or equivalent are also an asset but not a requirement.
