What We Do and Our Vision Are you looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference in people's daily lives? We're now recruiting substitutes for our service housing for individuals with disabilities combined with mental health challenges. At our service housing, residents live in their own apartments near a shared service apartment. The residents manage much of their daily life independently, but need individually tailored support to create structure, security, and a functioning everyday life. As a staff member, you'll work from the service apartment, which has an on-call room, offices, and shared spaces. The work involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues. You'll often work alone, though your colleagues are nearby. This requires strong communication, collaboration, and personal responsibility skills. About the Positions The operations are based on LSS, and support is planned according to each person's individual needs and implementation plan. As a substitute, you'll have a varied workday supporting residents both in their homes and out in the community. Support may be practical, social, and motivational, aimed at enabling each person to live as independently as possible. Your main duties include providing support in daily life, such as: cleaning and laundry cooking and other household tasks social support and motivation activities and community participation record-keeping and other documentation Work is scheduled and includes day, evening, and overnight shifts according to Appendix J. The work may also involve simple medical tasks, which require delegation from a nurse connected to the service. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is committed, confident, and receptive—someone who wants to contribute to a safe and meaningful daily life for our residents. Perhaps you're studying to become a social pedagogue, in social work, police training, education, or health and care. We also warmly welcome applicants with other relevant education or experience. It's a plus if you have knowledge or experience in, for example, MI, clarifying pedagogy, low-affective interaction, or psychiatry. Experience working with this target group is also an asset. Since the work involves extensive communication and documentation, you need to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible and able to adapt your approach to different situations and individual needs. You also need to feel comfortable working independently while having good collaboration and communication skills with colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
