Infotiv is now seeking a development-oriented Accountant/Controller for our office in Gothenburg! About the Role As an Accountant/Controller with us, you'll have a central and important key role in the group. This spring we switched our finance system to Kleer and are in the midst of an exciting journey where we're establishing new ways of working and processes for the entire organization. Our ambition is clear: we want to automate ongoing work with modern tools and create an optimal finance function for our operations. With us, you'll have significant personal responsibility to drive this change work, while also being responsible for ongoing finance. You'll work closely with Infotiv's management, department heads, and business support, reporting directly to the CEO and becoming an important contact person/superuser for our systems. The position is based at our office in central Gothenburg. We practice "Office first," though remote work does occur to some extent. Your Main Responsibilities Ongoing Finance & Accounts: Responsible for ongoing accounting, invoicing, tax filings, accruals, and monthly and annual financial statements (with support from Kleer). Analysis & Follow-up: Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of results, revenue, and liquidity for management and business managers. Project Finance & Receivables/Payables: Manage customer and supplier accounts, project finance, subcontractors, and group finance with internal transactions. Operations & System Development: Drive the development of the finance function's ways of working, serve as superuser/contact person for the finance system, and handle IT-related finance matters (system adaptations, vendor contact, data protection/GDPR). Who Are You? We believe you'll thrive and succeed in this role if you: Have relevant finance education and at least 6 years of experience with broad finance work/controlling. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Are comfortable with systems and tools – you have good experience with Excel/Office 365, and we see it as a major plus if you have experience with Kleer and curiosity about AI tools (such as Claude or Copilot) to streamline your day.
