I am a 67-year-old woman living with my husband in an apartment in central Kristianstad. I am now looking for you to become an important part of my daily life and work as my personal assistant. The position is approximately 70% with a fixed, rotating schedule. About the Position and Work Hours I need assistance around the clock, which means you will work varying hours day and night (days, evenings, and awake nights). During certain parts of the day, two assistants work in parallel. Since I live with a physical disability and use an electric wheelchair, you will help me with everything in my daily life. To make transfers as smooth and safe as possible, we have ceiling lifts to assist us. Who Am I? My main interests are flowers and dogs, although I don't have any pets of my own at the moment. I enjoy going out for different activities when I have the energy. Since my daily condition varies, plans can sometimes be spontaneous, which means you need to be flexible and comfortable with days being different from one another. When I need to rest, we slow down to a calmer pace. There is often time for regular household tasks, while you stay nearby, are attentive to my needs, and have a sense for when I want company or need space. Who Are You? For us to get along well, I would appreciate it if you are a calm, attentive, and flexible person who easily adapts to my current condition and needs.
