Your Responsibilities: Provide professional and friendly support to our partner companies and customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle and resolve cases quickly and efficiently. Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services. Work proactively to identify and solve customer needs. Document and follow up on cases in our system. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is stress-resistant and can handle a fast pace while maintaining high service levels. Has previously worked in the telecommunications sector. Has patience and attention to detail even under pressure. Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Is a problem-solver who enjoys taking initiative and finding solutions.
