The operations are organized into specialized units where employees work based on integrated teams, outpatient care, and 24-hour care that follow the patient throughout the entire care chain. As an hourly-paid caregiver, you will be employed within specialist psychiatry's staffing unit, where all our hourly-paid employees belong. Based on the needs of the operations, you can work in our various departments, which gives you the opportunity to gain broad experience in specialist psychiatry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a caregiver, you are an important part of the patient's care and daily life. You work closely with patients and contribute to safety, support, and a good care environment. The work is varied and you take responsibility both independently and together with colleagues on the team. Part of the work also involves documentation and record-keeping according to our routines in Cambio Cosmic. As a caregiver, you are an important part of daily safety in the department. Work tasks vary depending on which department you work in, which gives you the opportunity to meet different patients, situations, and different aspects of psychiatric care. As an hourly-paid employee with us, you work on a recurring basis according to the needs of the operations and your availability. You will primarily cover acute absences, but also planned absences that may be several weeks in advance. This could include illness, childcare, reduced working hours, or other absences. In this way, you become an important part of the operations and contribute to continuity and safety for our patients. To maintain contact regarding work shifts and availability, you need to have access to a mobile phone, as communication takes place digitally. QUALIFICATIONS We would like to see that you are a trained caregiver, have completed a healthcare and care program, or have other relevant education. If you have previous experience working in psychiatry, that is a merit, as is experience from work where you have met and supported people. You do not need formal caregiver training to apply. We also welcome you if you have experience working with people and are interested in developing yourself within psychiatry. What is most important to us is that you have good communication skills and are calm, attentive, responsible, and confident in meeting with other people. Since you as an hourly-paid employee may work in different departments, we would like to see that you are flexible and have the ability to work in multiple parts of the operations. The work may involve day, evening, and night shifts as well as work on weekends. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your ability to collaborate with others.
