About Us / What We're Looking For: Badrumsmästarna in Gothenburg AB is growing and is now hiring an HVAC technician. This is a position for you who have worked as an HVAC technician for more than 5 years, have extensive knowledge in the field, and who are completely self-reliant. You should enjoy working as an employee with the security that brings and want to help build up an HVAC department with, in time, several HVAC technicians. We currently perform work for both private and corporate clients. We are based in Billdal just south of Gothenburg and work primarily between Gothenburg and Kungsbacka. We have a clear vision for what we want to achieve and plan to build our own HVAC department that will work closely with our carpenters and tillers as well as our parent company Brander Bygg AB. We value commitment, knowledge, and the desire to exceed customer expectations. To thrive with us, you must be outgoing and skilled at dealing with different types of people. You should be quality-conscious, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You're welcome to be creative so you can help customers with both planning and execution of work. You take pride in your profession and always strive for customer satisfaction. You must have solid knowledge and experience in new installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service. Your responsibilities include all common work tasks related to bathroom renovations and regular service assignments. You will work closely with our carpenters and tillers who will be your nearest colleagues. As we grow, additional HVAC technicians will be hired. For the right person, there are future opportunities to advance and take on supervisory responsibilities.
