Right now we're looking for someone who wants to join our great team this summer and work extra as a personal assistant in Kalmar and the surrounding area! What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. To contribute every day so that a person can live their life as they wish is what we think is the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We'd like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we're looking for. We'd like you to: have a genuine interest in helping others. be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our services also require you to be able to work nights. have experience in care and health services. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Other information Employment form: On-demand employment Scope: On-demand employment, fill in extra during summer 2026 Start date: June, July, and August; there is also the possibility of continuing as a substitute during the fall. Orientation and placement take place before June. We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
