We are seeking substitute and part-time staff for our facility, with positions available immediately. We are looking for you who are trained as a treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue or have equivalent experience, and who want to work in a meaningful role where you make a difference in young people's daily lives. We place great emphasis on personal suitability – that you fit in with the team and our operations, and that you have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The work involves 24-hour shifts with overnight duty. The role includes: Supporting young people in daily routines Conducting conversations and motivational work Documentation Collaborating with social services and other actors Meal preparation and cleaning Participating in and planning outings A background check and criminal record screening will be requested. Salary according to collective agreement. About Us Incola is a family-like home with 7 treatment places in a large independent building just outside Järvsö. We accept girls and boys aged 13-18 with early-stage substance abuse issues and psychosocial difficulties.
