JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Temp Staffing Coordinator, you will together with your colleagues have overall responsibility for planning temporary staffing assignments for all units within ÄO and OF, both short and long term. Your main responsibilities are to assign temporary staff and pool personnel during peak workloads and short-term absences. In practice, this means you are responsible daily for contact with temporary staff during acute needs, rearranging and moving temporary staff and pool personnel, and booking work shifts through our vacancy system for temporary staff who wish to work. The Staffing Unit is located in an open office environment, and as a Temp Staffing Coordinator your working hours are scheduled during daytime on all weekdays. You actively participate in the planning, management and development of operations so we can reach our goals and be a modern organization. QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to have previous experience with administrative work, preferably within staffing or other qualified administrative tasks. We prefer that you have experience from care and welfare work. If you additionally have experience with Visma, Excel, Outlook and Medvind, we consider that a merit. It's also a merit if you have logistical thinking and knowledge of working time regulations. As a Temp Staffing Coordinator you will have ongoing contact with temporary staff, colleagues and managers, so it's important that you are good at creating and maintaining good relationships, have high service ability and a pleasant demeanor. The workload will vary, so it's important that you remain calm and stable in stressful situations and maintain focus on the right things under pressure. As a person you are hardworking, stable, confident and solution-focused. You want to develop your competence in line with the organization's requirements.
