About the Role
As an Operations Developer in adult education, you scan society and the market to see what there is demand and need for. In some cases you take over existing operations, in others you build entirely new operations from scratch. You build and manage the operations, hire course leaders, and attract participants through active sales. You are one of Medborgarskolan's ambassadors!
To succeed, you should:
Have an entrepreneurial approach and be responsive to your surroundings.
Enjoy networking with associations, businesses, and the public sector to find new collaborations and build new adult education operations together with them.
Thrive with developing both existing and new courses, and collaborate with existing and new course leaders.
Be solution- and development-focused, both internally and externally, and contribute improvement suggestions that develop both the operations and yourself.
Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and are driven by working toward set goals.
Have clear self-leadership and take responsibility for multiple operational areas where you plan, sell, develop, and follow up on your operations.
Have good computer and system skills.
Hold a B-category driver's license (preferably also for manual transmission vehicles).
It is an advantage if:
You have adequate education and/or experience from similar assignments.
Have worked with revenue and profit budgets and are used to making financial forecasts.
You have sales experience and experience working in project form.

About the Employment
The position is currently a six-month temporary assignment, with likely extension. Start as soon as possible.

The organization is politically and religiously independent and is based on humanistic values, where the individual is put at the center and development occurs through collaboration. Medborgarskolan Mitt is one of six regions in Sweden, responsible for Svealand and Gävleborg. The region conducts adult education, Showdansskolan Entré, commissioned training, and schools. Within adult education, the region has over 40 employees and collaborates with over 500 course and circle leaders.
