Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Nearby Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary care is organized into 4 nearby care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and nearby care. Each nearby care area is an economic unit led by a head of operations. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advisory service, youth clinic, and nearby care unit Näva, all of which are grant-financed. Our health center is a pleasant and well-functioning workplace and is not far from Gustavsbergsbacken if you feel like an evening ski run after work. Those of us working here are district physicians, residents and assistant physicians, district nurses, nurses, diabetes nurse, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and physiotherapists. In addition, there is a family center with maternity care, well-child clinic, and open preschool. We also have a psychosocial clinic. We are over 60 wonderful colleagues and 2 dedicated unit managers who together provide patient-focused care to approximately 12,500 registered patients. We are employees with both specialized and broad expertise, and our workplace is characterized by positive atmosphere and strong teamwork. Care is provided based on the health choice model developed by the region in Jämtland County. We work person-centered in teams with Nearby Care to meet the needs of the patients who need us most. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Regular nursing assistant duties at a health center. Main tasks include work at sample collection/lab, assistance to other clinics, home visits, and participation in our infection clinic. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training with healthcare focus. Experience in clinic work and primary care is a merit. It is also a merit if you have worked with Cosmic or other data systems. You feel stimulated by working in a dynamic operation. You should be outgoing, flexible, organized, and experienced in meeting patients with different needs. You should be able to work both independently and in groups as well as in teams. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer.
