As a transport coordinator, you have an important role in moving this work forward. Together, we make Luleå sustainable. About the Role In your role as transport coordinator, you create a positive customer experience by being the face of the organization as you meet customers and drivers daily. You will work with, among other things: Customer contact Collection planning for new subscribers Frequency changes for collections Plan delivery/pickup of containers Order planning/printing Transport coordination for drivers Handle deviations Investigate cases To succeed in this, close collaboration with other operations in our company and with colleagues in Collection is required. Communication and collaboration are important parts of your work, and in this role you need to understand and see the entire flow in the value chain so that together we achieve the best results. Work is primarily carried out using our business system EDP Future and case management system CRM Lime, with telephone as primary work tools. You will be based at our office on Storheden. We Are Looking for You You have good teamwork skills, are responsible and independent. You find it easy to build relationships and are passionate about helping customers. You have strong communication skills since the work involves receiving and handling cases and talking with customers by phone, email, other digital channels, and during physical visits.
