In this role, you will be part of the Children and Education Sector. For us, the development of children and young people is in focus. WORK TASKS We are looking for a committed special education teacher who wants to contribute to ensuring that all children are given the best possible conditions to succeed. The work includes guiding and supporting the rector and work teams. You work closely with the rector and educators and have an important role in preschools' work where collaboration and the best interests of children are at the center. This position is a substitute role for 1 year with the possibility of extension. QUALIFICATIONS • Special education degree • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written • Category B driving license and access to your own car We view positively experience working as a special education teacher as well as experience working in DF response. The work involves many contact points and therefore you need to be positive, solution-oriented, and have good collaborative skills. You have the ability to build good relationships and have an approach characterized by attentiveness with the best interests of children in focus. It is varied work and you will support several preschools. We therefore see that flexibility and lack of pretension are important, as the work requires the ability to adapt support according to needs. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
