Your Assignment This is a temporary position through September 6, 2027, with possibility of extension. The role involves providing close and individualized support to people who are far from the labor market. That is, actively working with the self-sufficiency assignment within financial assistance. You will: • Have your own client cases and regular individual contact. • Map needs, resources, and any obstacles together with the client. • Establish and follow up on individual plans toward work, studies, or other means of support. • Provide support in contacts with other authorities and with health and medical care. • Collaborate with colleagues and external actors regarding the client's situation. In this role, relationship and trust are central. You become an important person in the client's process toward increased independence and confidence in the future. Furthermore, the work involves providing individual support and actively working with motivation efforts, where each case is unique and the goal is always self-sufficiency. We have close collaboration with both internal and external actors to promote the individual's ability to lead an independent life. During certain periods of the year, the work will also include processing financial assistance cases. Your Experience Sociology degree (Socionom). Previous experience working with financial assistance or other public administration. Experience with supportive and relationship-building work with people in vulnerable or complex life situations. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form, with good ability to express yourself in Swedish. Good computer skills. Meritorious: Some form of further training in conversation methods, for example MI (motivational interviewing). Is This You?
