We look forward to hearing from you! 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a Community Integration Advisor, you work to prepare, support, and guide newly arrived refugees in their establishment in society. The goal is to facilitate a quick and sustainable integration. The Integration Unit is responsible for furnishing and equipping housing for individuals assigned by the Swedish Migration Agency. During their enrollment with us, a program is offered that provides support and guidance, with a focus on independence and participation in society. The work includes some administrative tasks and encompasses: • Coordination and contact with the Swedish Migration Agency regarding assignments • Planning, administration, and follow-up of community orientation • Financial administration • Administration and follow-up in the department's documentation system The position requires good computer skills and the ability to search for and handle digital information. The Integration Unit collaborates with the Employment Unit, which means other work tasks may occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a professional, secure, and respectful demeanor. You have experience meeting people in crisis and individuals from different cultures. You communicate calmly and clearly. Interpreters are used in the work when needed. The work is varied and no two days are the same. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, can adapt to changing circumstances, and have a good ability to manage and solve problems and situations that arise in daily work. You work with a solution-focused approach and have the ability to see the need for changes and improvements. You express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing, have good administrative and digital skills, and the ability to plan, structure, and follow up on work tasks even at a fast pace. You are confident working both independently and in a team. As a person, you are service-oriented, cooperative, and a relationship builder. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has: • Higher education/university degree in behavioral science, work rehabilitation, social work, political science, or other relevant education • Experience working with people in social exclusion • Good knowledge of labor market issues • Experience with digital documentation systems and working in a structured manner • Good ability to build relationships, motivate, and work with a solution focus • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have experience building networks within the business community, education in employment coaching (e.g., Supported Employment or TUFF), and knowledge in teaching Swedish. We would like to see that you have an interest in climate-smart work practices as we want to develop this area. A driver's license category B is required. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment.
