The schools are located in the Näsbypark area in Täby, a scenic area with good connections to Stockholm via Roslagsbanan. We are now seeking an additional teacher to join our competent staff. You will be part of Näsbyparksskolan, a school with approximately 600 students in grades 4-9. Teaching will be in grades 6-9. The school has high goals for student development and knowledge acquisition and works with structured, equitable instruction where students can have influence over their own learning. Näsbyparksskolan also works with IBIS, inclusive behavior support, which is a concept for strengthening students' positive behaviors so that the learning environment and psychosocial environment promote student learning and well-being. As a teacher with us, you will lead and develop instruction together with students, colleagues, and school leadership. You work actively for a school where everyone is included in the activities. You will work closely with your colleagues in modern languages, where you sit in the same workspace, enabling collegial collaboration. Who are you? We want you as an applicant to: - have teacher certification and be qualified to teach Spanish - work both formatively and with language development - be well familiar with curriculum documents and be able to implement them in a way that is understandable and meaningful for students - use digital tools for student learning - collaborate with various professionals at the school so that students can reach high learning goals As a person, you are organized, well-planned, and enthusiastic in your teaching. You are collaboration-oriented and interested in contributing to the professional development of the activity. You have the ability to plan and organize both your own work and students' work in an efficient manner and create a trusting classroom climate where all students are heard.
