Your Task Plan, implement and evaluate instruction for students in grades F-3. Create structure and a productive learning environment in the classroom and promote students' academic and social development. Adapt instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances. Collaborate with colleagues, student support services and guardians to provide students with the best possible support. Participate in the team's joint development work and contribute to the school's educational activities. Document, follow up and assess student learning according to applicable curriculum guidelines. Your Experience We would appreciate if you: Have relevant education in education, or alternatively experience with teaching and work in school activities. Have experience working with students with neurodevelopmental diagnoses or other special support needs and can adapt your approach based on students' different circumstances. Have experience planning, leading and organizing recess activities that promote community, physical activity and safety. Have worked with children and young people, preferably in schools, after-school programs or other educational activities. Is this You?
