Substitute Procurement Officer at Inpac About Us Inpac is a Lund-based contract manufacturer for dietary supplements, sports nutrition, probiotics, and pharmaceuticals. We are growing rapidly and moved into our newly built facility in Lund just over a year ago. We have approximately 75 employees and annual revenue of around 360 MSEK. We are certified according to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001, and our pharmaceutical manufacturing is GMP-certified. About the Role One of our procurement officers will be on parental leave, and we are therefore seeking a substitute. As a procurement officer, you are responsible for procuring raw materials and packaging at the right quality, price, quantity, and at the right time. Our continued competitiveness depends on us continually driving forward new procurement savings while actively managing inventory levels/inventory turnover rates for our items. The position requires a proactive approach where you work closely with the rest of the Supply Chain team, sales, product development, and production. As a procurement officer at Inpac, you get to help shape Inpac's future by securing materials for our growing production. Key Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders Follow-up on purchases, order acknowledgment, and delivery tracking Price negotiation and ongoing contact with our suppliers Strategic work with existing and new suppliers Prepare meeting and decision-making materials related to procurement/inventory Monitoring inventory balances/inventory turnover rates Master data related to supplier/procurement Drive smaller projects/investigations from start to finish Profile To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in procurement, preferably within FMCG and/or manufacturing industry. Competencies Post-secondary education Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension 3–5 years of experience in procurement Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably FMCG Good proficiency in Excel and Outlook This is a full-time substitute position starting in October 2026 and ending after summer 2027.
