As an HR partner, you work specifically with a few operational areas and combine the role with a focus area within HR. HR Partner at Södertälje sjukhus: As an HR partner, you work closely with the operational managers and provide qualified support within the entire HR field, for example, competency supply, work environment and rehabilitation, salary matters, and labor law. You have a consultative approach where you guide, challenge, and contribute HR perspectives to the operation's development. The role also includes: Being an active HR partner in the operational area's management group and contributing to both strategic and operational matters Having a special responsibility area within recruitment, where you coordinate, quality assure, and develop the hospital's common processes, routines, and approaches within the recruitment area, and contribute knowledge and support to HR colleagues and managers Participating in hospital-wide HR assignments and development work Contributing to the development and implementation of common HR processes Supporting effective collaboration between operations, managers, employees, and trade union organizations. By combining HR expertise with an understanding of the operation's needs, you contribute to good conditions for managers and employees and ultimately to safe and quality care for our patients. Your Qualifications: Requirements: - Academic degree in personnel management, HR, or equivalent. - Several years of experience in broad HR work. - In-depth knowledge and experience within recruitment, with experience in independently driving and developing recruitment processes and approaches. - Good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing. Meritorious: - Experience in developing approaches and processes within recruitment. - Experience with competency-based recruitment. - Work in public sector operations and/or within healthcare.
