Job Description As an HR Partner, you will be part of a team of three additional colleagues and report to the HR Manager Sweden. In this role, you will work closely with the organization's leaders and provide consultative and supportive coaching in their roles. You will work with, among other things: Managing employment law matters and union negotiations Systematic workplace environment work Coaching and leadership development Participating in and driving annual/ongoing HR processes (e.g., employee surveys, contact with external payroll provider, salary mapping, salary reviews) Participating in global projects The role will be broad and span the entire HR spectrum, with many points of contact. If you are driven by a varied, development-oriented and coaching-focused HR role, then this is the right opportunity for you. The person we are looking for in this role likely has an academic degree in HR/Personnel Science and has accumulated at least five years of experience in broad HR work. You are confident in yourself and your competence and are accustomed to applying a coaching approach with leaders. Furthermore, you are familiar with applying employment law and find it easy to read up on and interpret collective agreements, and are independent in union negotiations. You are also experienced in handling various personnel matters. Most important to us are your personal qualities, and we are looking for someone who is a natural team player and wants to share and contribute knowledge. You are curious, flexible and pragmatic in your approach. We also see that you have strong communication skills and find it easy to build trust with the organization's managers. It is a merit if you have experience working with the independent school agreement. What You Are Offered This is a parental leave replacement position starting in November 2026 for approximately 1 year with the possibility of extension. You will be given great responsibility and your efforts will make a difference in creating the right conditions for all managers to provide the best possible education, where children feel valued and parents feel secure.
