About the Workplace You will be part of the Development Operations which runs cultural and recreational activities, supports the non-profit sector, and develops the business community in the municipality. This is an activity for you who wants to be part of creating community, growth, and activity throughout the municipality. You will work together with colleagues where everyone has different specialist areas and experiences, and together we work to make the municipality a more attractive place to live and work in. We need to strengthen our youth activities as our regular recreation leader for the coming half year will focus more on crime prevention work for children and young people. You will become part of an engaged team and with us you get varied and meaningful work where you contribute to creating meaningful leisure time for the municipality's young residents. Your Responsibilities Your assignment will consist of, among other things: Plan, implement, and develop recreational activities together with the young people. Create a safe and welcoming meeting place for everyone. Arrange activities, events, and themed evenings. Cooperate with schools, associations, guardians, and other municipal activities. Work to promote and prevent in order to strengthen young people's well-being and participation. Your Qualities You are secure, engaged, and relationship-building. You inspire and enthusiast others, not least the children and young people you meet. You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Competence and Qualifications We are looking for someone with complete secondary education. Work with children and young people in your professional role, through an association commitment, or equivalent is meritorious. An extract from the criminal record will be requested. Other Requirements: B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Good computer skills Duration/Working Time Fixed-term employment 50% position until 2026-12-31. Start date by agreement. Salary According to agreement. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
