The Municipality's Infrastructure and Development Department manages the municipality's technical operations including facilities, water/sewage and sanitation, cleaning, housing, and project organization. The Facilities Unit consists of approximately 18 employees including facilities technicians, janitors, builders, painters, and administrators working across all of the municipality's locations. They work with facilities management such as building maintenance, heating system and ventilation maintenance and operation for approximately 77,000 m² of municipal facilities and approximately 29,000 m² of properties (Ragunda Bostad) including tourist facilities. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want varied and practical work? Then this might be the job for you! As a member of our team, you will be an important part of our workforce and work together with other staff on the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the municipality's housing, facilities, and properties. Your workdays will be varied and you'll have the opportunity to work both independently and with colleagues. Your responsibilities will include: Repairs and maintenance in the municipality's apartments. Routine maintenance and inspection of our facilities and properties. Troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise. Contact with tenants and others who use our premises and facilities. Contributing to ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and pleasant. You will also be part of an on-call rotation, which means you may assist with urgent matters outside regular working hours. The substitute positions are based in Hammarstrand and Bispgården. We're looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others. You're comfortable with varied tasks and see it as natural to contribute to good teamwork and excellent service. QUALIFICATIONS A driver's license (Category B) is required for this position. You should also have good initiative, be collaborative, service-minded, and flexible. The work involves contact with both tenants and contractors. Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. High school education with a focus on facilities management and maintenance technology, or equivalent education, is an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have good computer skills, for example with the fault reporting system Incit and Outlook/Teams. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
