About the Role
Our current store manager is going on parental leave, and we are therefore seeking an interim store manager. As a store manager, you are the heart of the store. You are responsible for creating an engaging, safe, and energized environment - both for customers and employees.
This is a temporary position starting November/December 2026 and running for at least 12 months.

Must be at least 18 years old
Are service-oriented and enjoy working with and leading other people
Are responsible and have a positive attitude
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
Previous experience in leadership and work in retail and sales is a merit but not a requirement. What matters most is that you want to take responsibility for the store through the right attitude to provide our customers with the best possible service. Interest in sports, fitness, and leisure is a plus.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
Store Operations & Quality
Ensure the store is always inspiring and well-organized
Work operatively on the store floor for most of the day to create presence and quality
Follow up on deviations, routines, and quality parameters
Customer Experience & Service
Drive the store's service culture and ensure all employees deliver on our customer promise
Create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel energized, helped, and motivated
Leadership & Team Development
Be a coaching and present leader in everyday operations
Work with individual adaptation and create engagement, pride, and participation
Work Environment & Safety
Responsible for the store's work environment efforts in accordance with applicable requirements
Conduct safety rounds, risk assessments, and ensure safe work procedures
Finance & Results
Follow up on the store's budget and key metrics
Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate with other store managers in our other stores and the operations manager
Participate actively and contribute improvement suggestions
