Norrskenets Preschool is the municipality's newest preschool and opened on October 6, 2025. The preschool is built on two floors with three departments, where each department has two home bases. WORK DUTIES As a childcare provider at Norrskenets Preschool, you will be part of a work team that works together based on current governing documents and guidelines for preschool. Together in the work team, you work for children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has childcare provider training/degree from the children's and leisure program. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented with an approach that is adapted to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have professional conduct with children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore strong knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability. Due to the Police Clearance Register Act, you must be able to provide a certificate from the police's criminal record registry upon employment.
