WORK TASKS As a childcare worker, you will be part of a work team that works together based on applicable policy documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for the children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have childcare worker training. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, initiative-taking and goal-oriented and have an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement both in speech and writing.
