We work in smaller groups to meet each child individually, and our umbrella project "I feel good – together through our world" permeates our entire operation. This year we have a special focus on democracy and children's influence – we also work purposefully with both language and mathematics in all daily activities. We offer inspiring learning environments and use nature as an important place for teaching. DUTIES A childcare provider's responsibilities are to work together with colleagues to create a safe and stimulating environment for the children, support their development and learning in everyday situations, and participate in planning and implementing educational activities. The childcare provider is also responsible for care, play, routines, and cooperation with guardians. QUALIFICATIONS Childcare Provider Childcare Provider Training Salary form: Monthly salary.
