About the role As a childcare provider at a Dibber preschool, you are responsible for ensuring that our pedagogical approach permeates your work. You notice, name, and reinforce situations that build trusting relationships, where children and adults are equal; you work to build a positive community both in caring for children and in meeting with guardians, as well as in your work team. You contribute knowledge and creativity, engagement for learning, and show patience. You celebrate the successes—big and small—of the children and your colleagues and rejoice in their new knowledge and discoveries. Your qualifications Trained childcare provider or similar, or alternatively other experience assessed as equivalent for the position. Good communication skills Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken Experience with and interest in digital tools and systems Collaboration skills and an approach to sharing knowledge and experience for collegial learning This is a substitute position through the end of December with the possibility of extension. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. About us Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, elementary schools, adapted elementary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters is located in Sollentuna, with operations in large parts of Sweden. Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian independent school company Dibber, which was founded and is owned by two dedicated educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby.
