Pool Manager Substitute Position The Recreation Department is seeking a substitute pool manager with 100% employment. The position is temporary from 2026-09-01 through 2027-03-31. Job Duties Work at Sparbanken Nord's sports and swimming hall includes swimming instruction, general supervision, facility maintenance, water treatment, cashier duties and customer reception, and all other tasks occurring in a bathhouse, as well as other occurring tasks within the bath facility. Your responsibilities will also include certain operation and maintenance work as well as other facility care. This includes regular inspections, repairs, supervision and care as well as other services. The work is performed with a high degree of independence. Qualifications As a pool manager, you are service-oriented and have good teamwork skills. You have good social competence and enjoy meeting our customers, both private individuals and representatives from the sports community. Experience with similar work and swimming instructor training are meriting. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A valid swimming certificate issued recently is a requirement. Upon employment, we ask that you provide a clearance from the criminal record register.
