The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit developed – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which continues to characterize our operations today. We carry on Alma's work by cherishing what is at the heart of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will and emotional life.
Blomsterfonden also actively works to support family members. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about older adults' needs and life situations.

We are seeking a substitute occupational therapist for Tallgården!
Are you a licensed occupational therapist interested in working at an elderly care facility? Now you have the opportunity to try this work as a substitute occupational therapist at Tallgården's care and service residence.
As an occupational therapist, you support our residents in maintaining their independence in daily life. You are responsible for good and safe care and treatment through ADL assessments and prescription of assistive devices. You work to foster good relationships with residents, family members and other professionals. An important role for you is to supervise care staff. The work involves both acute and planned healthcare services interventions. The work also includes leading certain activities such as individual gym training, hand training and walking groups.
You report to the operations manager and are part of the healthcare services team together with a physiotherapist and nurses. In the rehabilitation team, you work closely and collaboratively with the physiotherapist.
Tallgården elderly care facility is located in Enebyberg in Danderyd Municipality with proximity to public transportation with buses to/from Mörby Centrum, Täby Centrum and Vallentuna.
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Other qualifications: You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. We place great value on personal qualities such as ability to collaborate and excellent interpersonal skills. As a person, you are positive and see possibilities before obstacles. You contribute to a good work environment and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Other: Salary by agreement. Blomsterfonden applies individual salary setting. The workplace is covered by a collective agreement. The work is daytime, Monday – Friday.
