Sjöarp Group Housing is tasked with meeting member municipalities' need for placements for adults with autism with complex challenges. Sjöarp offers integrated housing with daily activities in a calm and secure environment just outside Bräkne-Hoby.
Sjöarp Group Housing has a total of 13 residential placements distributed across 5 homes. The target group is varied.
We are always in need of staff who can quickly, or with advance planning, step in and work when regular staff are on leave or undergoing training.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
As a caregiver, you support clients with personal care and a meaningful daily life and leisure time. You follow the client throughout the day, including during daily activities where occupations are adapted to the client's own needs and circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with previous experience working with people in, for example, healthcare, education, or social services. You must have completed upper secondary school. It is advantageous if you have completed or are studying a relevant post-secondary education in healthcare, social care, behavioral science, or pedagogy. Quality assurance work and documentation require that you can communicate clearly in speech and writing and have computer skills. You have a calm and secure approach and a good ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
You must have a category B driver's license (manual transmission) and a valid certificate from the police criminal record register.
Salary form: Hourly wage.
Employment type: Fixed-term contract.
Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: By agreement and as needed, Ongoing recruitment.
Working hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends.
