You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together. About Myran Located right on Östersund's main shopping street, Prästgatan, close to shops, transportation, and other services, Myran is a small residential facility with 22 places distributed over three floors. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant common areas for socializing and meals. Vardaga's goal is to provide the best possible care for those living with us. Through our comprehensive care concept, A Good Day, we provide our residents with individually adapted care based on compassion, integrity, and choice. We start from each person's needs, focus on their strengths, and support the resident's identity and independence. The small details matter so that each day becomes a truly good day. At Myran, care aides, nursing assistants, and a nurse work together, along with managers, and we collaborate with Z-gränds health center. We have regular meetings with an occupational therapist and physiotherapist every week. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe you are applying to us because: - You are drawn to work that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and service, as well as a talent for meeting people in different situations. - You are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care aide or have equivalent experience working in elderly care. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. However, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
