Summer break is almost over and our operations will be starting up soon after a few weeks of rest :)
That's why we're now looking for new substitutes for school and preschool kitchens, both in Gällivare and in the villages: Hakkas, Dokkas, Tjautjas, and Puoltikasvaara.
As a substitute on the Food Team, you'll work both in the production kitchen at Gällivare Hospital and at school and preschool kitchens.
In school and preschool kitchens, you prepare breakfasts, lunches, and snacks for the children.
In the production kitchen, you work at different stations and usually start in dishwashing and packing, depending on your previous experience.
Some kitchens are single-person operations while others have multiple staff, depending on size. You will receive on-the-job training and learn before you need to work alone.
If you're applying, kitchen experience is welcome. You should be willing to collaborate and have good organizational skills. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Education in nutrition and previous work experience are advantages. Most importantly, you must show interest in learning and be hardworking and punctual!
We provide work clothes, and you'll always have the opportunity to buy breakfast and lunch at work!
Collective agreement in place. Salary according to agreement.
