We're looking for you to work as a substitute care assistant in Hagfors! You will work in a supportive team caring for a wonderful woman in her own home. Work is scheduled both during daytime and nighttime, every day of the week—which means you must be able to work at all hours of the day. If you are energetic, positive, see what needs to be done, and take initiative, we'd love to hear from you. We value candidates with strong understanding, attentiveness, and flexibility. You should be able to adapt to her routines, needs, and personal preferences. Prior experience working as a care assistant is a significant advantage. This woman was born with Cerebral Palsy and has speech and language development challenges. Therefore, it is very important that you have excellent Swedish language skills and are attentive to the communication methods she uses. Being a good care assistant in this team requires dedicating time and energy to getting to know the person you're supporting. Approximately 65 individuals receiving assistance benefits have chosen Rullarnas as their service provider, and the organization has a total of approximately 350 employees. Rullarnas has been authorized by IVO, the Inspectorate for Health and Social Care, to provide personal assistance since 2011. Rullarnas' goal is to provide both clients and staff with the best possible conditions to feel secure in their roles.
