WORK DUTIES
Work in our operations largely involves helping and supporting people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good ability to build positive relationships, and an empathetic approach. You are initiative-taking and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also enjoy working together with the team to achieve set goals.
The work also requires you to be able to maintain documentation and absorb written information and procedures efficiently. You therefore need to be skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing.
At our special residential care facility (SÄBO) Bompabacken and our home care services, you will meet our elderly citizens and contribute to making their daily lives easier. The work duties are varied and can look somewhat different, but the most common tasks are helping our residents with personal care, assistance during meals, and social interaction.
Your work duties include, among other things:
• Personal care according to the operations' procedures based on the client's individual needs and preferences
• When needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
We would appreciate it if you have previous experience working in healthcare, but it is not a requirement. Experience working in a service profession that involves helping people is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and believe that as a person you are engaged, interested in other people, and humble. We would appreciate it if you are at least 18 years old.
The substitute position covers absences of regular staff. Working hours can be flexible and include daytime, evenings, weekends, and nights.
