WORK TASKS Work in our operations involves to a great extent helping and supporting other people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good ability to build strong relationships, and an empathetic approach. You are resourceful and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also enjoy working with the team to reach set goals. The work also requires you to be able to maintain documentation and absorb written information and routines efficiently. You therefore need to be skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing. At our special residential facility (SÄBO) Skålmogården, you will meet our elderly residents and help make their daily lives easier. The work tasks are varied and may differ somewhat, but the most common tasks are to help our residents with personal care, assistance with meals, and social activities. Your work tasks include: • Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes • If needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. QUALIFICATIONS We would like to see that you have previous experience working in healthcare, but it is not a requirement. Experience working in a service profession involving helping people is considered a merit. We place great importance on personal suitability and believe that as a person you are engaged, interested in other people, and humble. We prefer that you are at least 18 years old.
