2 position(s). Position and Workplace Description The Children and Family Section is seeking 2 temporary youth assistants for the HVB home Bubo. Bubo HVB is part of the Children and Education Administration within Falun Municipality. Within the same unit there is also a supported living facility for youth aged 16-20 years. Some work tasks may also occur at the supported living facility since the operations work closely together. Job Responsibilities Bubo HVB receives girls according to SoL and LVU in the age range 13 to 19 years with psychosocial difficulties. At the HVB home, youth assistants work based on contact person responsibilities. Support is provided based on an established implementation plan and in close collaboration with the responsible case manager within Children and Family. The work also includes contact with the youth's network, school and other relevant actors around the youth, such as BUP and healthcare. Staff are also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, etc. The HVB home has scheduled staff around the clock with on-call night duty. You will always have a colleague by your side. You will be assigned an experienced mentor who will follow you during the introduction period. The operations have stable work groups with long experience and expertise in psychosocial work. Active occupational health and safety efforts ensure a stable and secure work environment where everyone is included. Qualifications The role requires: At least two years of post-secondary education in behavioral science, social work, pedagogy, care and welfare or other education that the employer considers equivalent. B-class driver's license (manual) Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience with social documentation. Personal Characteristics: Personal maturity, stability, flexibility and ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners will be considered. Being able to meet and understand youth and their relatives in a vulnerable life situation with a solution-focused approach is an important factor. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with psychosocial work with youth. Experience with network work. Experience with Signs of Safety. Employment Terms We are seeking temporary staff for immediate placement; interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. It is irregular working hours with on-call night duty as the operation is staffed around the clock.
