Happy Homes is a paint store offering Hässleholm's broadest selection of paint, wallpaper, flooring, and art supplies.
In our store, we serve customers with high-quality service and guide both professional and consumer customers to the best products on the market in terms of quality and sustainability. We want our customers to feel especially welcome, be inspired, and be able to trust our expertise and quality.
We sell paint, putty, wallpaper, tools, and supplies to painting contractors, construction companies, and property management firms, but we also have many valued returning consumer customers.
The store is open Monday-Friday 06:30-18:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:00. We have four retail staff in the store.
We are now seeking a full-time temporary employee for the period November 2026 through approximately February 2027, approximately 4 months. After that, there may be opportunities to work additional hours as a part-time employee during the summer and on upcoming weekends and holidays.
Relevant experience from the paint/painting industry, construction industry, or qualified retail is a plus. We believe you have good computer skills, are a skilled salesperson, and have cash register experience.
Happy Homes Hässleholm AB is owned by the family business Famaron AB, which also operates stores in Borås, Jönköping, Karlskoga, and Vaggeryd.
To succeed in the role of retail staff with us, you need to be as passionate about sales as we are and have a strong service orientation. You enjoy working in a team and achieving results through collaboration. You are flexible and thrive working at a fast pace. You are curious about customers and share your knowledge and ideas.
We believe you are either someone with many years of experience who may have retired early or chosen early retirement and wants to work during the winter period, or perhaps a student in a multi-year higher education program so there is an opportunity to work with us during the coming summer, weekends, and holidays. Most importantly, we want to find someone who fits with the team :)
