Substitute Teacher at Nyköping's Independent Gymnasium

We are seeking a qualified teacher in one or more of the subjects Swedish, psychology, religion, and/or social studies for Nyköping's Independent Gymnasium. Qualifications in multiple subjects are desirable. The position is a substitute role at approximately 50% for the 26/27 academic year with a good opportunity for extension. If you have previous experience working as a teacher at the gymnasium level, we consider that a merit. You have solid subject knowledge while being a teacher who constantly strives for new knowledge to develop your teaching. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work at the school. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical abilities and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a conducive learning environment and good study conditions. You adapt your approach and pedagogical methods based on the needs of the student group and individual students.
