JOB DUTIES You will work as a substitute childcare provider, so previous experience in childcare is advantageous. In this role, you will work with children ages 1-5 years. Together with other staff, you provide children with a safe, fun, and educational experience at the preschool. At the preschool, you always keep the children in focus. As a substitute, you actively participate in the children's group and in most daily tasks that occur within the operations such as playing with children, participating in activities, group gatherings, singing and storytelling sessions, and educational mealtimes. Considerable outdoor time is part of the job duties. The preschools' needs determine your working hours. You may start as early as 06:30 and finish as late as 18:30. We also have evening, night, and weekend preschools with different hours that you can indicate interest in. QUALIFICATIONS To work as a substitute childcare provider in Enköping Municipality, you must meet the following requirements: You must have a work permit. In your application, you must indicate your citizenship. You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to read and speak Swedish. It is advantageous if you have a car and driver's license, as work will take place at several of our preschools located in suburbs outside central Enköping. As a substitute, you should be able to step in on short notice, be flexible with hours, and have the ability to work at all our different preschools. The number of work shifts is determined by preschool needs and may vary from week to week, but we prefer that you can be available to work approximately 2-3 days per week or more. We place great importance on your personal suitability when hiring substitutes. You work well with others and can adapt to the preschools' needs. The job requires a certificate from the police criminal records register for preschool and school that is not older than one year.
