We are now seeking substitutes who can work as needed for a 74-year-old woman living in Vaxholm. As a substitute, you will fill in when regular assistants are absent, both on weekdays, weekends and for longer shifts. You will work shifts scheduled from 8-16 or 16-22. It is easy to reach the client by both car and bus. The client lives in a well-adapted apartment and has all the assistive devices needed to do a good job. She enjoys going out for various activities but also likes being at home listening to an audiobook or doing crossword puzzles. Flowers and baking are major interests. You should be a woman with strong initiative and the ability to take on significant responsibility. You need to have very good ability to communicate in Swedish, as communication with the client is a central part of the work. The work team is flexible and very caring toward each other and the client, and we see that you are too. They always support each other and make sure everyone enjoys working there.
