About the work As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the customer's daily life. You work closely with the customer and contribute to creating security, structure, and quality of life. The customer directs the daily work themselves, which means you need to be attentive, flexible, and able to adapt to their needs and wishes. The work requires you to be able to work around the clock, including shifts with night watch sleeping duty. Some double staffing occurs, which means you don't always work alone during shifts.
