All our employees play an important role in this. 2 position(s). Källbrinksskolan is beautifully situated in the middle of Huddinge with lovely forest and Källbrinks sports field right next door. At Källbrinksskolan 7-9, 40 employees work with approximately students. Teachers work in grade-level teams with four classes per grade. There is also a team consisting of the school's three smaller teaching groups. The operation is well-functioning and characterized by competence and a positive view of students. In our work with students, we focus on the individual's needs and we have a way of working where adaptations, both large and small, are the starting point. We are flexible in lesson design and examination assignments and believe that schoolwork should be done at school. We are a one-to-one school and work with Chromebooks as a digital tool. About the Position We are looking for two committed substitute teachers for our fine school. You work for a safe classroom climate and meet our students so they have a good school day. This is a temporary position that is paid hourly. In the assignment, you are expected to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students. You follow a plan and carry it out according to instructions on site. You are familiar and accustomed to working with digital tools in teaching. About You You have experience working at the secondary level and have completed upper secondary education. You have good ability in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing. You are a positive, clear leader in the classroom, flexible, and a safe role model. You have high competence to meet students based on their conditions and needs. It is particularly meritorious if you have previous experience working with NPF.
