We are now seeking a summer substitute for our Coop Knäred store due to a last-minute cancellation. We want someone with good initiative and positive energy that's contagious, who sees customers' needs and delivers the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.
As a person, you are creative and enjoy coming up with suggestions and ideas, and you work well in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.
Your work tasks will vary and you will work with all the common store duties such as customer service, cashier work, and merchandise picking. Customers should always encounter a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-notch service.
Together with your colleagues, you are the face of the store to the outside world, and for you, the customer is number one. You have a natural ability to build long-term customer relationships and have the quality of inspiring customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a fast pace and feel confident handling stressful situations.
Previous experience working in grocery retail is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is most important to us.
This is a full-time temporary position for weeks 32-40. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
